Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations made 24 hours or more in advance will receive a 100% refund.
- Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance, or in case of no-show, are non-refundable (0%).
- Rescheduling can be arranged at least 12 hours prior to the start of the service and is subject to availability.
- Refunds will be processed only to the same card with which the original purchase was made.

Return and Refund Policy
- Refunds will only be made when the service cannot be provided due to causes attributable to Green Vacations Costa Rica (for example, cancellation of the service due to extreme weather conditions or justified operational causes).
- No refunds will be made if the client does not show up for the service or cancels after the deadline established in our cancellation policies.
- Refunds will only be processed to the same card used for the original purchase.
- The crediting time of the refund will depend on the bank or issuer of the card used.
- Charges applied by third parties (such as payment platforms or financial institutions) may not be refundable.
