- Green Vacations Costa Rica guarantees the correct provision of the contracted tourist services, ensuring compliance with the quality and safety standards offered in each service.
- If the client considers that the service received does not correspond to what was contracted, he/she may submit a formal request for review or guarantee within a maximum period of 7 calendar days after the date of the service.
- This guarantee applies only to services operated directly by Green Vacations Costa Rica and does not cover third party services, such as external transportation, lodging, food or outsourced activities.
- In case of validation of a non-conformity, Green Vacations Costa Rica may offer compensation, rescheduling of the service or partial reimbursement, as appropriate.
